PARTY, ROSTERS, PAYMENT, AND T-SHIRTS
There is no Party or Registration event for the tournament. Shirts will not be provided for this tournament.
Teams are guaranteed 3 games. The top 4 teams from pool play will advance to the playoff round.
Teams are required to have at least 2 players of each gender on the field at all times. Teams should be composed of 10 players, at a minimum.
Play will be 7 v 7, including goalies.
The registration fee is $40.00 per player or $400.00 for the full team.
All registration fees must be paid in full by the registration date - players must sign up and pay online. Players will not be able to sign up or pay at the field.
Credits are not allowed for this event. There are no refunds for this tournament, unless the tournament is cancelled, or the tournament date is changed.
Teams will be placed into pools.
Teams are guaranteed 3 games, plus playoffs for those that qualify.
At least 1 Referee will be assigned per game.
Pool play will begin at 9:30AM.
**TIMES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE**
This tournament is weather dependent. If there is inclement weather (Snow/very heavy rain) the tournament will get cancelled. We will play through other weather elements (wind/light rain & drizzle/cold temps). If the tournament is cancelled, all players will receive a full refund. If there is a cancellation, we will provide at least 24 hours notice to all players.
